How we handle your enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, with optional company, phone and service information. These details are sent by email to [email protected] so RAPID can respond to your enquiry.

The website does not create a customer account or add your details to a marketing list. The application does not store enquiry content in a database. Your message and contact details may remain in the receiving mailbox and the email provider’s systems.

The form uses a security session cookie and temporary request limits to reduce abuse. Hosting, Cloudflare and email providers may process technical connection data as part of providing their services.
